Our mission
AI Prism is a manufacturing intelligence platform that turns siloed factory and enterprise data into a living, identity-anchored knowledge graph — then lets engineers, quality teams, and operations leaders ask questions of it in plain language. Built on a hallucination-free, template-driven query engine and a graph that links data across MES, ERP, LIMS, CMMS, and historians, AI Prism answers cross-system questions that today require manually stitching together multiple tools and the people who own them.
The problem
Manufacturers run dozens of disconnected systems — Siemens Opcenter and other MES platforms, ERP, quality (LIMS), maintenance (CMMS), and process historians. Each holds part of the answer, but none holds the whole picture. When a line goes down, a yield drops, or a quality event occurs, the “why” is scattered across systems and tribal knowledge, and getting to root cause takes hours of expert time. Existing industrial copilots narrate time-series data within a single vendor’s perimeter; they can’t reason across the relationships — equipment, materials, personnel, orders, and events — that actually explain what happened. AI Prism closes this manufacturing intelligence gap by building an ISA-95-aligned knowledge graph that captures those relationships and makes them queryable, with answers grounded in real identity and permissions rather than guesswork.

Rajan Palanivel
Founder and CTO
Rajan leads AI Prism’s architecture and platform engineering — the indexing pipelines, knowledge-graph construction, and agent infrastructure at the core of the product. He brings extensive experience building secure, scalable data-protection systems at enterprise scale.
